Once a Simplweb site goes live on the net, you need to take it off line to experiment with possible changes. This can be disruptive.

It would be good if I could download a copy of my own site to my own PC (to use with localhost) to try out different alternatives, without disturbing the live site.

This would make it much easier to work with a Committee, who have to approve changes, which can be a drawn out process.

Please support free tagging and allow users to access content using tags.. (ideally a tag cloud). It looks like there's a Joomla extension that could be integrated: http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/5728/details

Track revisions to articles so that it's possible to go back to prior versions and/or compare current content to past content. Especially useful with more than one person editing the site.

Sequential Content Delivery
I would like to time the release of content to members, so they only access certain bits of content after they’ve been a member for a period of time. For example, members start at “Month 1 and after 30 days they are automatically upgraded to “Month 2 etc.

This functionality would be excellent for extending the longevity of the memberships.

Any kind of event calendar. Any organization should have events of some kind.

I would really appreciate a good forum add-on with a bridge extension, such as phpBB, etc.

Add the better preview extension which allows viewing of a page before it is published, and when the preview button is pushed it doesn't just go to the home page, but rather to the actual page you are currently editing.

How about a cross-domain iFrame (Joomla wrapper) that auto resizes to 100% depending on the content from the target domain?

I'm quite surprised that it's not easier to add the social media bookmarks to my articles in my simplweb site. The parameters already exist to share each page via email, PDF, or print. Woudn't it be easy to add facebook, twitter, icons to that same option?
